List of mandatory material

• A reusable gobelet – each participant must have one (the organization not provide it)
• A mobile phone (at least one per group) with a fully recharged battery (enter the organization’s security number in your repertory and don’t hide your number)

List of recommended material

• Nordic Walking poles/sticks (Free lend sticks are available on the Salon de la Marche Nordique®)
• Shoes adapted to the practice of Nordic Walking in the city (like running shoes)
• A minimum water reserve and a food reserve
• A waterproof or windproof jacket with a hood to outstand bad weather
