3. Free Sticks
Sticks will be made available free of charge on the Guidetti stand at the Salon de la Marche Nordique®.
You will need to be provided with an ID card or a bail check.
Attention, stock of limited pairs of sticks.

7.Nordic Walking Initiation Sessions – saturday, October 13 all day

8. Nordic Walking – Sunday, October 14
The routes focus on Non-road Traffic. Be careful when crossing the road, follow the road CODE and pay attention to the volunteers ‘ instructions on the Course. The course is mainly on hard ground, plan the tips/pads for your sticks and a pair of spare bits (on sale on site).
All routes are Marked. There are refreshments on the course depending on the distance to be travelled offering enough to eat and drink. however, allow a water supply in a gourd (to limit plastic Waste) and some energy bars.
Along the route, students of heritage guides will discover the riches of the city of Lyon, take the opportunity to take a break and let yourself be guided!

Saturday, October 13th:
Focus on public transportation stop Metro Gerland
Parking will be available on site near the Palais des Sports with a limited number of places
Sunday, October 14th:
Take public transport > > Metro stop Gerland
Since a LOU Rugby game is scheduled for sunday, October 14th, the perimeter of Gerland will be partially closed around the Palais des Sports, and almost all parking lots will be blocked. also, We strongly encourage you to take public transportation to get There.
Relay parking is also available at the “Oullins” Metro stop (line B, 1 stop from the Gerland Metro STOP)
11. Additional information: instructions and showers
Instructions: for reasons of Vigipirate safety, the organisation does not provide a set-up for participants
Showers: in view of the very low use of showers on the previous edition, there will be no showers on the event
